ACCS is intended only to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and exchange of information for its users / members / visitors who have a bona fide intention to contact and/or be contacted for the purposes related to genuine existing job vacancies and for other career enhancement services.

ACCS reserves the rights to amend, alter or change all or any dislaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice.

Bonafide use in conformation with the purpose

ACCSJobs platform and its allied services that are to be subscribed or used is purely meant for the use by registered user or subscriber. Sharing or sublicensing the accont is not in accordance with these terms. Any Kind of misuse of the platform, services or data is not accepted and is prohibited. It also reserves right to act against anyone in case found for misuse of the data, platform and its services. We can stop the access to the service or platform or claim damages as well.

ACCSJobs is a pub,ic site with free access and ACCS assumes no liability for the accuracy and genuineness to the response received. Candidate and employer are required to undertake their own background check of the response they received.

Any breach of privacy or any data provided to ACCS needs to be brought to our notice for further action. We do not guarantee the confidentiality of the data provided on our web and mobile platforms.

We do not share personally identifiable information of any individual with other companies / entities without obtaining permission except with those acting as our agents.We reserve the right to share the all such information in response to legal process if required. Any user shall not use the platform, it service or its product to impair the interests or working of the ACCS. The user undertakes that it will not download and publish, duplicate , modify and distribute data available on ACCS unless granted permission in accordance.

User need to have prior written permission for commercial use of the data available on ACCS.

We reserve the right to filter, monitor and block the emails sent by any user of the platform that uses our server to relay mails.

User will not spam the platform or others by repeatedly posting jobs and forwarding or commenting indiscreetly.

ACCS reserves the right to terminate the services of any user without prior permission in event of any such conduct found.

The user shall not upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libellous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

User agrees that any data or information provided to our system or network is correct in all respect and is not distorted or false information. ACCS is not liable for any loss arising due to any wrong information fed by any user. User indemnify ACCS for all losses arising due to any false, manipulated or distorted, defamatory, vulgar, obscene misleading facts provided to our system or network.

The user is solely responsible for User credentials that are required to login to our system and also for the information of credit or debit cards used for transaction on line or offline.

ACCS is not liable for the improper use of credit and debit cards for transaction by user on our system.

The visitor/user/subscriber to our web and mobile platform agrees that it will comply with the requirements

Of the Information Technology Act, 2000 as also other rules and guidelines or bye laws made thereunder, while using or providing data into our systems. If any Visitor/User/Subscriber violates any law then he is alone responsible for all his acts and arising civil or criminal activities.

The user is only responsible for obtaining any license, permission or approvals required for using our services.

The user warrants that use of ACCS web and mobile platform will not be done in manner so as that :

Violate any applicable local, national, international law or regulations

Disrupt or interfere ACCS server networks or any connected network to ACCS.

Impersonating any other person’s identity for any use.

To harass or stalk any other user of ACCS or its system.

Use ACCS in any manner to gain access to other computer system.

Duplicate, modify, copy, reproduce, sell, distribute or otherwise exploit for any information available through our platforms.

Must need to have prior written permission from ACCS for any commercial use of data or information available on our platforms.

Use any software or device that will interfere with ACCS normal proper working.

Will purposely impose unreasonably large load on our infrastructure.

Spam others indiscreetly by posting or mailing through our systems.

Trying to get access to our servers or account that you are not authorised to do so.

Try to attempt to decompile, decipher or reverse engineer the source code of any of our platforms or technology.

Try to mirror, duplicate simulate or frame the looks or appearance of the website or our platforms.

Any attempt to scan or test the vulnerability of our system or network.

Using any automated script or software or manually to crawl content from our platform.

Try to access the platforms except user interfaces that has been provided by ACCS.

Attempt to breach the security or authentication measures without proper authorization.

Not to use the platform that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states or public disorder.

Not to use the platform to upload the information that contravenes the rights of any third party.

ACCS does not warrant that its system is free of any operational errors or bugs that user may encounter while using or post that. It also does not warrant that it will be free of any form or software virus, computer containment, worms or any other form of harmful components.

ACCS is not liable for any loss sustained by any disclosure of any information regards to user.

All the payments offered by the ACCS will be on 100% advance and any refund will be on pro-rata basis at its sole discretion. ACCS does not guarantee the timeliness and exact amount of the refunds. Effort is only limited to the refund of amount only. For free services we do not have any liability. ACCS reserves the rights to amend, alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice.

User agrees that ACCS reserves the rights post the user data on its different platform.

Any agreement between user and ACCS does not confer exclusivity of service on any user.

ACCS will not be a party to any legal proceedings between a user and another party contracted through the platform. If in any case ACCS has been implicated in to any legal proceedings, then the cost will be recovered from the party that names ACCS into it. ACCS will abide by any court order that it passes. ACCS controls and operates its platforms from Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Job Seekers

The one who is searching job on our platform / uploading resume / Registering as a candidate are considered the job seekers and agree to following terms and conditions:

ACCS cannot be liable for any loss of data in whatever means either due to technical issue or in case of hacking.

ACCS does not take liability of any misuse of your data or resume by any of the organisation that downloads your resume or gets access to your information.

User indemnify that ACS will not be held for loss of any data which is beyond ACCS’s reasonable contact like act of god but not limited to civil unrest, strikes, war, Government policies, hacking or forceful tampering of data by unauthorised person

ACCS does not warrant the authenticity of the response received and any loss caused in going for the interview or thereof.

ACCS Reserves the right to delete any user information without any prior notice or any modification in resume to fit to our network.

User confirms of not being a minor and has legal age and other abilities to search for job.

User using any of the services of our platform does not holds any copyright or any Intellectual Property Rights over the data uploaded on the platform.

If any service is subscribed, or any payment made by user to us will not be refunded in any case.

Once payment has been received for any service or subscription then it is only for that particular service and subscription and will not be exchanged.

Any subscription is not transferable in any condition to another user.

ACCS is only liable for the amount received as payment.

ACCS will start the service upon upfront receive of charge against service either directly on our platform or through our Career Centre "C.C" channel.

ACCS can place the information received by user on its Newspaper and can be free or chargeable.
